Welcome to My Learning Café. By accessing our website, using our AI assistant, or purchasing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

My Learning Café provides an AI-powered learning platform designed for two primary audiences:

• For Schools (B2B): SaaS licensing for teachers to generate curriculum, auto-grade assignments, and manage student progress.
• For Students (B2C): Direct access to courses, adaptive practice, and AI tutoring feedback.

2. AI Services & Limitations

Usage Quotas

To maintain service quality and manage costs, your account is subject to AI usage limits (e.g., number of questions generated or essays graded per month) based on your subscription tier.

• Standard Tier users have set monthly caps.
• Premium/Unlimited Add-ons are subject to fair use policies to prevent abuse.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you are a School Administrator, you are responsible for managing the access rights of your staff and students.

Students under the age of 13 must have parental or school consent to use the platform in compliance with COPPA and relevant local laws.

4. Billing, Pilots, & Subscriptions

School Licenses

School licenses are billed annually on a per-student basis. Pilot programs (3-6 months) may be offered at a discounted rate or free of charge for data collection purposes.

Individual Subscriptions

B2C Subscriptions (e.g., A-Level Math Bundle) are billed monthly or per course. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are not issued for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

• Our Content: The My Learning Café platform, including the AI algorithms, logos, and base curriculum, is the property of My Learning Café.
• Your Content: Teachers retain ownership of the specific custom prompts and lesson plans they create. Students retain ownership of their essay submissions.
